ROTOMAC food and hygienic pumps fulfil even the strictest hygiene requirements across the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries. They convey both high and low viscosity substances with minimal shear effect, ensuring product quality at all instances and remaining in line with international sanitary standards.
The parts of our food and hygienic pumps are designed keeping in mind the guidelines set out by EHEDG principles. All materials in contact with the pumping product naturally fulfil the international requirements of the FDA and EU 1935/2004.
Three models, one platform. All F Range pumps share the same hygienic wet end and cleaning credentials. What separates them is the joint design and the inlet — which is what determines how heavy, abrasive or non-flowable a product they can handle.

WF Hopper Pumps
For very highly viscous and minimally flowable products, with and without solids. A rectangular hopper with compression zone and feed screw conveyor feeds product that will not flow on its own. Choice of open pin or encapsulated cardan joint.

FACB-FDCB Pumps
For abrasive and high solid-laden media. The ROTOMAC encapsulated cardan joint carries higher load by design and uses food grade greases for lubrication — long joint service life without contamination risk in hygiene-critical applications.

FAS-FDCS Pumps
Open hygiene joints with residue-free cleaning using CIP. The special design of the corrosion and wear-resistant joints means maintenance can be performed quickly and without any special tools — ideal for frequent changeovers.
